BUTTERFLY TAI CHI

We still have openings for our butterfly tai chi program on Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m.!  Sifu Michael Fuchs, author of Shaolin Butterfly Style, will be here to talk about the health benefits of tai chi and demonstrate the basics of Shaolin butterfly style.  Please dress comfortably for this participatory program.  Copies of the book will be available for $15 for anyone who is interested.  Please register at www.windsorlockslibrary.org or call 860-627-1495 to reserve your seat.
