Did You Graduate from Windsor Locks High School?

Many of you know that we are in the process of adding Windsor Locks High School yearbooks to our history page.  Unfortunately, we don't have every year, but we always take donations!  Visit http://www.windsorlockshistory.org/yearbooks-0 to take a trip down memory lane.  1981 is the latest year added.  Have fun!

Evolution of Rock n Roll from the 50s to the 70s

On July 19th at 6:30 in the Haskell Homestead Community Room, the Windsor Locks Public Library will discuss and listen to the Evolution of Rock n Roll from the 50’s through the 70’s.  This program, which is for adults and teens, will listen to an array of music and discuss different aspects of the music.  Are you an Elvis fan?  Or maybe the Beatles?  Should we talk about Led Zeppelin or Queen?  We can talk about so many wonderful musicians, albums and songs while we lend an ear to their iconic music.  This laid-back program will be a great night for any music lover!  Register online at www.windsorlockslibrary.org.  Any questions, feel free to contact the library at (860) 627-1495.
