BookBuggs

For the past 7 and 1/2 years, a group of avid readers has been meeting in the community room on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM to share, discuss, review, and criticize books.  "BookBuggs" are people who don't necessarily have time read a particular book-club book, especially when they have stacks of "to-read" selections sitting in a pile next to their bed!  They do like to discuss what they've been reading, though, and enjoy hearing first-hand about what literary treasures their fellow readers have discovered.

BookBuggs welcomes drop-ins, new members, or occasional attendees.  Bring a notebook to write down anything that sounds interesting.  Come prepared to share your thoughts on what you've been reading, or just sit and enjoy the conversation and making new friends.  Our motto is, "Never apologize for your reading tastes." We usually have snacks!  For more information, visit http://www.windsorlockslibrary.org/bookbuffs.html or call Adult Services Librarian Eileen Pearce at 860-627-1495.
